Getting Ready For Fort Lauderdale

I just got home and I am preparing to leave early tomorrow morning to drive to Fort Lauderdale to attend the TPIE ( Tropical Plant Industry Exposition). I will spend all day in classes and stay overnight and come back sometime Saturday late morning or early afternoon. I look forward to the drive and being down in South Florida with the warm temperatures. The classes are just what I need to be a better and more efficient pest technician for the interiorscape at the resort where I work. I pray the Lord would protect me on the Florida Turnpike and I-95 coming and going. I love the Fort Lauderdale area and will be down there next week for the apologetics conference. The Lord has been so gracious to me for this opportunity.
Because I need to pack and get up very early to travel tomorrow, I have to miss the wonderful debate going on tonight at Valencia Community College East Campus in Orlando at 7:30pm. Thomas Woodward of Trinity College is debating Michael Ruse of Florida State University. The debate is over Intelligent Design versus Darwinian Evolution. Ruse was the Expert Witness in the Arkansas Trial Against Creationism. I pray the debate will be recorded for tape or CD. It should prove to be very informative and I am sorry that I am unable to attend.
