A Teacher's Challenge

It is a challenge to every teacher to impart information and understanding to the people they are teaching. Tonight, teaching classical apologetics was a challenge because of the intellectual nature of the arguments involved. They were rigorous and abstract conceptually. But they were rational and logical. I think I communicated the proof of the existence of God through the cosmological argument and by the impossibility of an infinite past. Another challenge of the teacher is to get the folks to act on the knowledge they receive and go further in their understanding and knowledge through study. I believe the study of the bible and theology is one of the most important and noblest disciplines a person can ever undertake. I pray I would continue to learn first as a student and then as I understand, to teach others the principles and precepts God has taught me through His Word.
